I could not have done it??? Purchased my first investment property!!! A duplex in the Los Angeles area without Broker, Frank Wilson. I am a veteran and was introduced to Frank Wilson by a friend. I was told Frank had expertise in helping veterans get a home or investment property using their VA benifits. While I was in escrow to purchase my duplex using my VA benifit I was notified by the VA that there was a problem with my VA benefits from a prior home purchase eighteen years earlier and until cleared up I could not make a property purchase!!! I panicked and said to myself this deal is done and I’m not going to get my dream investment property!!! I have no other means to finance this property. Frank Wilson calmed me down and said there’s more than one way to skin a cat. He made a phone call to his FHA financing team and they quickly with no hassel converted my financing over from VA financing to FHA financing and saved the day for me. I got my duplex and Frank Wilson saved my real estate deal when I know other Brokers would have given up and kiss me and my real estate purchase good buy!!! I was the one who had a financing problem and he still guided me through the unknown waters with expertise and confidence that made my purchase a beautiful experience.
